A transparent telnet console for Windows XP

dont know if it helps but...
If you have an nvidia geforce2 or higher it should have nview capabilities which can make any waindows semi transparent...
 
google for 'transparent windows program' ...there are lots of (presumably free) little apps that also allow you to make any window transparent.
