A Transistor For Every Man, Woman, and Child

Well except each person on the planet contains trillions of particles, so the total complexity is not even remotely comparable. 😉

Each human brain has nearly 1E11 neurons. Each neuron has the function of a transistor, so to speak. Gives you quite the perspective on things, on how far we have to go. And it runs at roughly 20W, in comparison.

So if we hook up a human brain to a monitor and have it think up some games we'll all be golden 😎 Drive both Nvidia and AMD out of the gpu market and stop this war! VC&G peace at last

Better yet, turn off your computer, go to the library, get a book and let that rendering power stretch its legs.

Ah who am I kidding? Nobody on VC&G reads a book.
