Northeastern just started doing this like 2 years ago. Yeah we're biting, but I approve of running semi-naked in cold weather.

This has happened 3 times a year since I've been here. And I never remember! Just as well, wife would probably be pissed if I rolled up at 1 in the morning on a weeknight :D
