Is there something about getting old where you become xenophobic?

There has to be a common medicine everyone is taking where they think up stupid shit like this.

OP you do realize that this virus currently can take up to 14 days to show symptoms? That makes your testing almost pointless.

If you read up on it some experts believe it started in China actually however no one is 100% sure about this one as it's been suggested for multiple areas in the world also such as France and Britain

Yep, accepted its unclear where it started.

The bulk of opinion is Kansas - obviously that could be wrong - but I was bringing it up as an obvious counter point to the OPs racism.

Now that we know COVID-19 likely emanated from the wet markets in Wuhan. Selling live wild exotic animals next to fresh produce .
Maybe we should maintain a ban on travel to and from China until they stop the practice of selling wild/exotic animals for consumption in these wet markets. So far China refuses to ban the practice.

I asked who you would trust for COVID-19 advice, Trump or Fauci. Your answer was Fauci.

Well Trump isn't an expert on Virus' or infectious diseases.... So the answer was obvious.

Trusting Trump for Covid-19 advice over Fauci would be beyond stupid.

Who's advice would you follow if Obama was still in office, Obama or Fauci?

Very unlikely Obama would be giving his own made-up advice distinct from Fauci, though. He'd just say he deferred to the expert and hand over to him to speak. Trump can't help sounding-off with any nonsense that's in his head. Like he's posting on a non-specialist forum or something, like some sort of opinionated nobody with too much time on his hands. Ahem.

That's an easy answer. Obama would not give advice contrary to Fauci.

The people taking Trump's advice are the people who voted for him, so I agree with your beyond stupid comment.

That something so obvious does not occur to people is still fairly amazing. We absolutely wouldn't be getting these mini-rally pressers that Trump has taken over because he has to be in front of the cameras or he'll die.

Wonder why it didn't occur to @pcgeek11 ? Meh, we all know the answer to that.

That is speculation on your part weather he would or would not is the discussion.

I didn't ask if Obama would have ...

Which would you follow if the disagreed on their advice?

Start by asking the right questions then instead of kindergarten rhetoric shit.

1. He would follow the advice of the pro of course
2. Every single Trump supporter will follow Trumps.

Its the gap in IQ points you see, that compels Trump supporters to off them selves over time.. Problem is the time it takes and the collateral damage meanwhile.

It's a well informed opinion since Obama during his Presidency was not known for blurting out wildly irresponsible statements.

If Obama told me Dr. Fauci said to do _______, I would trust it.
If Trump told you Dr. Fauci said to do ________ would you trust it?

Like @pmv said Obama would leave medical advice up to his scientists. It's called being a responsible leader. In case you didn't know what that was. Obama would ensure the messaging was consistent. That's one of the reason we are having problems under President Dummy.

That makes your post false. I voted for Trump and I would not take any medical advice from him or any other layperson.

I would have to hear it from Dr. Fauci before I would follow any of the advice given by either Obama or Trump.

Hopefully the world sanctions China for six months and not buy anything from them. This is just a rant but we need to get away from this dependency , pivot away from the commie lying govt.
