A stupid question about Gainward GF3 Ti450 TVOUT Video card? Please help!

What kind of video cable could be used to connect the TV to the PC via the S-video converter? Do I need separate audio cable for the sound? Many thanks.

They supply you with a converter (like 2 inches long only, you need your own extension cable) to digital video out, the round plug that comes in threes behind your TV.. the sound still comes from your soundcard, so im assuming unles syou have it hooked to anything else it would come form your speakers.

Could you suggest the name and brand of the cable? To my understanding, it must have 3 plugs on the TV end and one plug on the converter end.
