A Stuck Squirrel

I get up this morning and go out back to see what my neighbors dog is barking at I take a look up and what do I see? A squirrel stuck on the power line. I guess the dog scared the thing stiff cuz it wouldn't move. When I came back a few hours later it was gone, must have climbed down.
BTW this is the first squirrel I've ever seen around my neighborhood. I don't know where it came from.

And I see squirrels all the time around here.
 
Damn squirrels, birds, rats, and flies... they all seem to have adapted to our crazy human culture and pooped on it.
 
That is one FAT little squirrel! Apparently, he's not lacking for food. You don't typically have squirrels where you live? Where do you live, anyway? Here in South TX, they are a dime a dozen and we use them for target practice. Damn rodents.
 
Around here I see them all the time, seems that they wait for cars to come by and they run right out in front of you to the other side of the road.
 
My exgf once told me that squirrels were evil. I couldn't believe that she said it because I had always thought they were kinda cute... Weeell, one day her and I were walking through campus and as we walked down the road, I started looking around and there must have been 20 squirrels running around us. They were everywhere...and she said, "SEE! They follow me around here every day that I walk to class!" It really freaked me out, even though I know they weren't following her...there were just a lot in a small area because of all the trees. Anyone else think they're EVIL?
