Hey guys. I wanna ask if stores like Microcenter and Fry's build custom PCs?

I have a series of specs i wanna put in my next pc, but i can't buy the parts because i need to buy it on credit.

It has been decided that we'll buy a pc on credit so i wonder where i can get custom PCs?
