I black spider was crawling around on my desk. I was trying to find something to kill it with and when I finally found and rolled up a magazine it crawled into one of the vent holes on the side of my monitor.

What's next, a mouse poping out of your air conditioner?

I've always wondered why so many ppl type "I" when they meant to say "A".

Do they mentally pronounce "A" as "Aye", thus subconsioucsly typing "I" instead of "A"?

I see this a lot...can't be just a common typo can it?

It came out of the monitor and I took a whack at it with the magazine as it came across the front of the screen, but instead of getting squished it just dropped down to the desk and ran behind the monitor. Hopefully I at least injured it.
It moves fast.

In my case it was a typo. I don't pronounce "A" as "Aye". I was just so traumatized from seeing the sanctity of my monitor penetrated that I couldn't type clearly.
