Was bored after class so I started ready a biography of James Clerk Maxwell.
Interesting stuff indeed, but I was looking forward to going out...

That improvement was from my last run on Wednesday night
And no I don't weigh 240...I just haven't weighed myself in months...
I guess it's nothing fantastic yet..but for me...damn...I've never run a mile so fast in my life, much less 1.44 more...and I was running at a regular speed I wasn't even tired when I got home...
edit: this was also after I took out a belt sander and laid waist to my unevenly worn treads
