A sonnet for my computer...

I had to write a sonnet for my Shakespeare class. Let me know what you think!

Your seventeen-inch flat screen is so clear
Set with an eighty-five hertz refresh rate.
A CDR can always be found near,
To burn all mP3?s acquired of late.
Your mouse?s LED glows constantly,
And shines upon your keys so I can type.
Each stroke seems to go by so silently
Allowing both roommates to sleep tonight.
You were to be the most superior one,
Outshining all the others come before.
It took so long to see you finally run,
But this only endears you to me more.
Built by my hands, conceived by I alone.
Not Dell, Compaq, nor Gateway, but mine own.

I sit here feeling totally rejected
The thing I call my rig has me fully dejected
All my dreams, my hopes have tuned to ashes
Because this abomination contunually crashes
But the truth be told and so it goes
My grief is the fault of MS Windows

Try some different memory, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to load XP on that system.

To standby mode, my hard drive goes,
to eagerly wait my return,
Until a horrible wail screams out the sad tale,
my IBM just crashed and burned.

How about this, it's shorter, but has the exact same message:

Ode to perpetual loneliness...
all this girls in this class
please never go out with me
I am a huge nerd
who writes poetry about his computer

Oh how nice is Ellen Feiss!
She will tell the tail of PC woes
And how her new computer dressed as rice
Can do all the things better than winbloze
If she knew she would harp on ATI
About the conflicts with AGP times eight
But alas she is not I
So I guess I?ll have to take my real self on that date
I love Kats but kittens I kill
Given a babe thread I?ll make Garfield sweat
AT is slow but lurk and post it still
Because I haven?t even made golden member yet

Just what I was thinking.
