Yea, it's a pretty good sonic game, and pretty much better than Sega's own efforts.

That said, I'm pretty sure the guy will get a Cease & Desist order soon.

Yeah most likely, but it does look fun indeed, I almost started up my Genesis to play Sonic 3 after watching the YouTube video, good memories.
