A solid M-ATX board LGA115 with budget.

Hey I am looking to put my Hardware into a mini PC case. The Thermaltake Armor A30 Micro-ATX. I am gonna keep all the hardware in the case except obviously the Motherboard. I was just curious about y'alls opinion on a good Mini ATX LGA1155 board under 115$. I may go up in price if you guys think it will be worth it though. But I would prefer to stay under 115$ Also what are some good quiet cold fans I should get? Right now I'm just rocking these loud blue LED ones that aren't very good lol. anyways thanks!

Might look at some of the ASROCK Black motherboards. I have been hearing some reviews on them that they boot real fast with an SSD. The H77 B75 are selling from $115-$89 depending on the size and model.
