The guy is right. Unless you are right in the middle of an attack, bio or chem, you should be fine. Look at how many people were in the subway in Japan and how many people died. More were killed when a guy burned all the people in the Korean subway.
 
The only thing he didn't mention is keep a loaded firearm handy to kill the panicing mofo that's trying to take yer food supply of food. 😉
