I'm looking for a router that will let me set up a usage schedule based on MAC ID. I'd like to be able to have a different schedule for each MAC ID. Does anyone know of such a router? What I have now only lets me set a schedule for each IP address, and of course IP addresses can change.

Dlink routers can set access schedules (time restriction) by ip or mac id. And you can setup dlink to assign ip addresses by mac id using its built in dhcp server. It should be the same for other router brands - tplink.
