A small Peltier car fridge has come into my possession, it's 65W cooling on AC: anyworth converting it for my CPU?

With improved and effective hs + fan, peltier cooling is not worth the cost and effort anymore unless you are seriously oc'ing and do not want to use H2O cooling. The power requirement, bulkiness, insulation requirement and consequences of a failed peltier makes it less attractive.
