I'm looking for a small/mid size case that is smooth looking. No side windows or any of that crap. Is the Antec P182/180 my only option?

It's a bit expensive.
 
By flat, do you mean industrial, boxy styling?.. There may be a Rocketfish Full Tower (made by Lian Li) left on fleaBay for around $100. +sh.

the TT Tsunami comes in a flat silver or black option and its a good looking case w/ good cooling. The other suggestiosn have been good too, Antec's old 3700-BQE might work too.
