A simple question about RAM

If i get a motherboard with a vt266a (like the epox 8kha+), will i be able to use my SDRAM with it still or is it not backwards compatible? Will i automatically have to go get some new DDR ram?

You will need to get DDR with that board.

get the ecs k7s5a and it can take either or. (sdram or ddr)
