A simple question about driver updates

So I have an Abit IP35 p35 board. I was planning to upgrade to Win 7 and notice a lack of driver support from Intel regarding this specific board. I also went to the manufacture's website and the latest Intel chipset driver they have is for Vista. So basically I was wondering if anyone can link me to more updated drivers or could please explain if Vista drivers would work.

Vista 32 bit drivers work for Win 7 32 bit.
Vista 64 bit drivers work for Win 7 64 bit.

Win 7 is literally just a refined Vista.
