A silly question about bluetooth dongle

I've been thinking about getting a bluetooth dongle to so I can use my Jabra BT8010 as my mic when I play games online. I'd like a mic near my mouth because I have a wall unit in my room and a stand mic will pick up the noise it makes.
First, I have no idea if this will work. Everything I've read talks about how you can use these dongles to connect to your phone, keyboard, mouse, or bluetooth headphones. I haven't seen anything saying if the mic will function.
Second, I was thinking about getting this Asus USB-BT21 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc..._-33320035-L0F since it's only $7. Any advice on this or another model?
Third, If this will not work I could use a recommendation on a good pair of headphones with a mic on it. Budget is around $50. Also, I have a pumpkin for a head so I can't use anything small and I hate in-ear headphones.

Thanks for any advice.

I use a Kensington USB adapter on 2 computers, and it has worked for most things. I am not a gamer. <fwiw>

I tried my extra bluetooth adapter that came with the Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse. When connected to my MP500, printer gives error message: "Incompatible device detected. Remove the device."Would another adapter work? Any way around this?

A lot of blutooth stuff that should work with PC don't work. For example my phone won't connect to my PC even though they see each other. Same goes for headsets. One headset I was able to connect through PC blutooth dingle but it needed drivers which motorola doesn't provide.
