Take the real image and PhotoChop fire and/or blunt trauma damage, leaking oil puddle (even though projectors don't normally have oil in them), cracked lens, ....

Take the image, and add some space to it.

Then, in the document font - possibly in bold or in a different colour add the following text, or something similar: "Item is untested. Sold as seen. No refunds."
