why the hell would it matter to you, is it hurting you? I don't want to hear any crap about chaining it all the way to hollywood and u getting crappier movies or some gay excuse like that either.

Because management might decide to take action against Shell21 for not reported it.

A guy my wife works with just got fired b/c he new some innappropriate things were going on in his computer lab but failed to try to correct the situation.

They would have a hard time firing just shell21 since this guy is selling it to coworkers. They would either have to fire a whole lote more people or just not be stupid and fire the guy selling the movie if they cared that much.

actually if they can prove he knew the guy was saleing it and he refused to say anything they can fire him. Because if the RIAA found out they could go after the company. they need to protect themselves.

peronally i would really think about talking to someone. Its bad enough saleing it but do it at work is just plain dumb.

turn him in.... for trying to sell lower quality merchandise...

If I pay my money for copied movies (if I ever do that) I was proper retail quality stuff..

i rather pay 8 bucks to see it at the theater.. where i can enjoy it to the max.. screw piracy.. i will NOT watch a low quality version on a computer screen or tv.

You really think they are going to clean house over some jerk-off selling crappy copies of X-Men 2?

Just ignore the guy. If he asks if you want to buy a copy, then tell him that he's a loser selling crap anyone could download. Then, give him a swift kick in the nads.

Secondly, don't buy it, don't touch it, nothing. It's at work - this is stupid. Kick him in the junk and tell him to stop bothering you.

I have no interest in watching it... because I watched it on the big screen already... and I'll wait until the real DVD comes out for $10....

He is charging $16... there are a lot of disgruntled co-workers who are not pleased at this... (ie. they want it for free)

Report him. That's the scum that the stupid RIAA or whatever idiot group out there needs to go after. Trying to make a profit off of it is stupid.

That's a good one... I'd turn myself in, but my job tasks includes monitoring internet connectivity, and research.

I didn;t have to turn him in... someone else did (one of the guy who complained about the high price)

Don't Cause any Drama just School him and ask what is the Quality at the most he should charge is the price of the Disc $3-$5 ($5 if he wants some lunch money)

If people are pissed at quality he should give the $$$ Back or charge a Fair price

but its there own Fault for buying that $hit anyway sucker born Everyday you cant blame him for Exploiting that. lol

I say turn him in, you're ridding the office of the "scum" and your boss may give you some sort of bonus or remember you when raises/promotions are due.

Now, selling something that you got for free is just not right. I should turn him in to the HR. Then again, maybe I should mind my own business.

What would you guys do?

No voice recordings = they cant "prove" that you know...

Better off ignoring it unless you feel he's gonna get caught and sink you all in
