actually, the copy that I have was decent and definately bearable. I've seen worse...I've seen better, so I'd say it was average.

As far as selling it, the guy is a looser, he got it for free so he should either:
1. not tell anyone he has it, but that wouldnt get him the attention that he so needs
2. have peeps buy the cdr and he copies it for the,

$16!!!!!!!. Since the disc are like a $1 that is wayyyy over-priced. You better be getting some really good quality extras. Does your coworker do commentary on it????. I was gonna make some seinfeld dvd's for my friends and only charge a little extra($.25) for the time it took to master the discs+ the price of the discs. But then I heard that the seinfeld dvds might be comming out soon.

Well, for one, he's probably using that crappy telesync as source. :p

Secondly, don't buy it, don't touch it, nothing. It's at work - this is stupid. Kick him in the junk and tell him to stop bothering you.

actually the dvd rip is already in hong kong :p

If it was in Hong Kong it would be here also.

He is charging $16
Well your co-workers are morons if they buy it. The point is to get it cheaper than going to the theater not paying extra.

I bought a DVD-R copy of Spirited Away from a friend from school. Cost me only $6 and I thought it was fair. I still was the factory made disc though!

Now, selling something that you got for free is just not right. I should turn him in to the HR. Then again, maybe I should mind my own business.
What would you guys do?

If anyone is bored (for the record, I'm not), they can just forward this thread to firstplace@wachovia.com. Better yet call Mary Eshet at 704 374-2138 and ask them why they allow their employees to sell pirated material at work. The problem should solve itself in a day or two ;)

Actually, I'm in Richmond, with the Wachovia securities. :)

Someone needs to file a "excellence first" complaint.

Oh, elfenix, AT is still blocked at 2 proxies that I uses.

hmm, Bill, how did you know I work at wachovia? I didn't use any FU/Wach proxies.
