a sad iPOD story

I broke my iPOD's screen today 🙁 I was at the barbers, and i put the iPOD in the back pocket of my pants because I did not want to put it in the coat (because they hang that stuff in the cloak room, and it might get nicked). Anyways, about 6 hours later, after doing work, I take out the iPod from the back of my pocket, and notice the screen has a crack on it. Well, i got this iPOD only a few months ago, so it's still under guarantee/warranty from Apple, right?

on the upside though, i got a nice "do" :Q

I've only had it for a couple of weeks and my cousin kicked me while it was in my pocket (we were playin around). There's a scratch like a cm by a half on it. 🙁
 
You're pretty much fvcked up the ass with a broom stick on this one. :Q Apple will send that sh!t back in 2 secs, NO one can play off a crack as a mfg. defect. 😉

go apple store and see how mcuh is it to fix it. i reckon it'll cost about $100

i assume you have 3rd or 4th gen ipod, which cant be crack open by force. so you can't install a replacement screen yourself

ur best bet is to pay apple to fix it.
