Ok.. i have noticed that many people dont notice their Private Messages.. The little keylock on the left doesn't do it.. nobody can see it. When someone needs help fast they refer to PM's but without noticing there is no use. So maybe make a pop up or something if you can?
 
Oh come on guys.. i bet all of you dont keep up with PMs... pop up or a message from the bottom telling you you have a Pm, like lets say in Gmail the little window comes up whenever you have a email... something like that 😉

I have absolutely no trouble keeping track or seeing that I have a PM.

there is something out there for this. If you posted in the right forum you might get an intelligent answer...either that or it will get locked.
 
Well, since it's natural for me to look at PM when i log into any forum, even forums i don't go to regularly, it's become instinctual for me. But i can understand it if somebody doesn't realize there is a PM function.
 
There IS one.. but it's barely noticed.. Look at your upper left corner.. see where it says PM's... there's a lock or something next to it as an icon.. all it does it flashes slightly.. Ok you're probably 1/10 that notices them 🙂

Ok.. what if you're new and you dont know where the hell is the PM?? Something should be made to be more noticed... Or what if you're too distracted posting a thread? Like now.. it's scrolled all the way down.. you cant see the pm tab.. there should be a pop up or something...

You need to spend a little time in the FS/FT forum....new PMs is one of, if not, the first things I look for when I get here.

Look for them. The vast majority of people here don't want a popup.
