A repeat trouble computer that has me stumped

At my place of employment, I have built most of the network that we have running from the ground up.

This one machine was getting repeated stop errors and blue screens under windows XP. After digging around, memtest, and prime95 I discovered prime95 would error out after about 30 minutes. So I took a shot and replaced the processor. Now the thing can prime for days without error, passes memtest fine, but I am still getting blue screens every 3 to 4 days.

Does anyone have any ideas about what else could be wrong? Current specs on the system:

1 gig PC2100
MSI KM2m Combo-L
Athlon 2400+
80 gig Western Digital 7200 RPM drive
350 Watt PSU - No name PSU
52x Generic burner

Possibly bad power supply that may be spiking the voltage out of spec. This could be what caused the CPU to go whacky.

I'm also gonna vote PSU, or possibly a damaged component on the MB? Of course, a bad MB could have fried the CPU and PSU, or vice versa...

My random guess is that it needs a format. I prefer to blame the users first, and the hardware second.
