A remote access question that I think will require some people

I want to be able to control my PC at home, remotely from work.
I have a cable connection and its hooked to a linksys wireless AP Switch router.
A wireless card links a win XP machine to the router.
CAT5 links that XP machine to The particular XP machine I want to control.
Ideally I'd like to have full access to move data around and ideally actually have full desktop control just as if I were there.
The PC at work is win NT 4 SP 6
I do not have administrative rights to install Netmeeting. I don't think Win NT comes with netmeeting and I can't find it if it does. is that correct?
I could set up an FTP and possibly be able to move my data but I'm not exactly sure how to go about that being that the data passes through my other XP machine.
Can anyone give any suggestions on how I might go about looking into this and getting it started.
As far as FTPing...I dunno if I'd be able to fully move my own data around. I can however get an FTP client installed here at work, but I'm not sure about how I'd set up the router and XP machine to allow the outside world to see the FTP IP address and port.
Ideally I'd like to be able to actually download music and diff stuff on my home PC from the web while being controlled from here.

PC Anywhere or something similar will be your best bet, since Windows NT is involved.

KIM that you'll need to secure permission not only to install PCA, but also to access your home machine at work.
Clandestinely trying to set up something like this could cause serious repercussions, up to and including termination, in most work environments.

If you use WinVNC you can do remote access from a web browser.
