A Really Strange Cooling Device - Has Anyone Used It?

They work very well for me. There are tons of positive reviews on them also. I have one in my personal system, and place one in every system that I build for sale. Just be sure that it will fit your case. Sometimes they have to be trimmed, but it is no big deal to do.
 
Install a case fan in the side of your case blowing directly on to the cards, it'll work much more effectively.
