A REAL stupid Question about Power

If I have a 24pin PS, do I need to connect the 4 pin 12v near the CPU? I have it connected now, as well as the EZ Molex.

Please let me know if all these need to be plugged in.

You may not have to but I would do so for stability, there is no reason not to really.

1) the 4 pin 12v atx plug is required for the system to boot

2) the ezplug is required for stability .. if using 2 graphics cards in SLI mode.. otherwise its not an absolute

Yes, just connect everything. Unless you have a reason not to, just do it. And the cable plugged in the EZ molex should be on its own, not shared with any other device / fan or whatever.
