A rather large NTFS problem

Im using windows XP pro and a while ago I used partition magic 7.0 to decrease the amount of space on the NTFS volume and use the unallocated space for another partition. Well, now I want to merge these partitions again since I need more space than both partitions had. The problem is, that I converted my primary volume to dynamic and now Im screwed. Partition magic cant do anything with it(wish I would have known earlier) and windows cant do anything with it because it wasnt created as a dynamic disk. Is there anything I can do here that would not result in data loss? I have no way of backing everything up and I really, really dont feel like reinstalling windows. Anyone have any ideas or am I screwed?
