Hello,

I just got a big box filed w/ $800 worth of parts from new egg. To make a long story short, NewEgg did NOT pack this box up good. i found if at most 30 peanuts in the whole box. The hard drives and motherboards were acutally loose and rattling around in there because there was 30% of the box was just space. no packaging foam or anything.......There was aslo shipping damage. There are 2 punched in marks on the box and the marks are beleave it or not on the same side as the loose hard drives. Also my abit board now has a nice "smashed in" look on the top of the box from the hard drives making a imprint in it. So i am going to get a RMA and send just about EEVVEERRYYY thing back to them. Of course if they (newegg) had packed this box up w/ a lot of peanuts like they should have i probably would have everything in perfect order even w/ the punched in marks.

Ok end of the rant.. now for the question...

I said i am going to send just about everything back above. The reason i said that is because i am conflicted w/ th NewQ. It did not come w/ a power supply which was fine because i found out it was optional. But, i was looking at the package contents sheet and it said there was suppose to be a "F-Connector" in w/ this thing. There was nothing like that in this box. I was just wondering if anyone who has the NewQ got one in there box or do i have to add this thing to it as well.

Wow, sorry to hear about your bad experience! they must have had a new person packing that box 'cause I just recieved my package from them. Everything was very well packaged. Yea, I'd get a rma if it looked like that too! hope they arn't starting to slip!

The f-connector is the same as a coaxial(Cable TV) connector and should stick out from the back of the supplied rear mounting bracket(where the audio ins and out are). It is to be used with an FM antenna. It depends on what model you bought, as the FM Coaxial input is optional. Here is a Link to a comparison review.
