A Radeon 8500 question for you

I have a Radeion 8500 LE that I flashed to the retail bios with no problem. It runs at the retail speed of 275/275. Anyway, I sometimes crash in games such as WarCraft III beta and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. After rebooting my machine from the lockup, Windows XP tells me that it appears the driver for the Radeon 8500 that is causing the problem. Do you think that there is a chance my lockups could be due to this bios flash?

I didn't run it for more than a day or so without updating the BIOS. What I'm really wondering here is if it did lockup due to the flash, would XP give that driver problem excuse?

I suggest reflashing it to the original BIOS, and install the same drivers. If it freezes at default speeds, then you can rule out the BIOS reflash as a possible factor.
