a quick question:

argh, I can't seem to find korean language pack for WinXP (i meant IE). It asks for CD but where can I just DL it from microsoft? I can't see it anywhere on the windows update site.. grr..
 
I think you need to first have the stuff installed with the CD.

then you can just switch it on and off. It requires a reboot each time you change tho.

no it asks for CD and i don't have the second edition CD with me 🙁

no no no, just IE encoding. not Windows GUI

that's where you get the language packs as well, that's how I installed mine.
I have webpages default encoding in Korean.
