A quick question

I'm looking for wires that they use in Power supplies. I've got some nifty new molex connectors, but i dont want to hack up my powersupplies current wire. So i'm trying to figure out what guage of wire they are. I'm looking for red, black and yellow, just about 2-3ft of red and yellow, double that of black. Also, what gauge wires do they use for the A drive/SerialATA/Fan wires?

You should be able to find the wires you're looking for at any good auto parts store. I don't know the exact gauge but just bring along a sample and eyeball it.

The PSU wires are supposed to be 18 AWG, but I think some have cut corners and are using 20 AWG. Since the lengths are so short, 20ga should be fine and 20 makes it easier to double up in contacts for the daisy chain. If you are using the right angle power connectors that hook to the wires by IDC then you want to use 18ga for sure.
