I don?t feel this its worth leaving my CPU and Card overclocked permanently as my computer is used allot for overnight downloading! And 20% of the time playing games. Why would I have my X800GTO videocard running at 600Mhz for downloading.

I?m just interested in what you guys do!

I leave my CPU oc'd from 1.8 to 2.3 all the time.....athlon 64 3000+

but uh as for the video card...there is an option in the ati CCC that asks you if you want to only put the oc on during 3d applications

I have mine overclocked with Cool n quiet enabled. Throttles at 1250 Mhz when idle, 2.5Ghz when there is enough load.

I don't know about the newer Catalyst control center, but with NV you can set different 2d and 3d settings. I underclock 2d and overclock 3d.

For the CPU i OC to 3.3 for everyday use. 10% OC doesn't fry the system too much. When I'm feeling randy I go to 3.6. Now that I've got a new heatsink I'm gonna try to keep 3.9 stable.

I oc the video card only when 3D apps are running - it's an option in ATT. I'd use CnQ also, but it doesnt work on my board, so I keep the cpu oc'd all the time.

My processor runs at full speed at all times, while the video cards run at 275mhz or something (whatever the default is) during idle and only power up during games.

I like to add exclamation points to the end of each of my sentences! It makes this message look super exciting!

I leave my 2.8GHz P4 overclocked to 3.08 24/7, not the video card though!
