If my monitor has a dead pixel, how do I know? Can my monitor have a sick pixel? I didn't think this question was good enough to post in the trouble-shooting section, so I'm posting it here. Thank you.
 
Turn your monitor completely black using the screen saver. If you have a dead pixel, you should be able to find it. Turning off the lights helps too.
