a quick outlook question

I'm trying to create a distribution list from a previous distribution list someone sent out (basically 100 email addresses divided by ";" -----(ere@aol;asdasd@anad.com). Is it possible to do something such as this? I just wish to make another d-list without going through the hassle of adding them one by one.

Yes, I can copy and paste them, but I would like for them to be able to be utilized in some sort of organized fashion.
