A question to you o/c'ers

What's better: heatsink+fan on gfxchip and heatsinks on ram OR just a slot-cooler/fan which is blowing air to the card? I'm just wondering what would be the best to cool down an overclocked CL GF2MX. The simplest and cheapest way is just to add a fan which points directly to the card and blows air to it. The other option is more expensive but I'm not sure what cools better. What do you think guys?
