Prime 95 is a torture test for processors, it runs the processor at 100% load and looks for any errors or instability cause by the running the processor at a speed greater than it was certificated for. If it passes prime95 for 12hours generally the processor can handle the speed that its been overclocked to.

Ahh ok I'm like does this mean after 12 hours his computer shuts off. Haha thanks for clearing that up. :)
