A Question on about Internet Sharing on my 3com Router

I have the 3 com router Product # 3C510

I have a analog 56K modem hooked up to it. It dials out and connects fine when ever an internet request is sent to it.

Here is the problem i am having though: It will not connect to any domains "like www.anandtech.com"
it will however connect to an IP address like "123.234.1.2" and all computers do this there are 3 computers hooked on the router.

Why is it doing this ????

I want to be able to type www.anandtech.com and come straight here.

The modem however when hooked straight to my com port on the computer works Fine.
