A question for the ATOT cooks

I'm leaning towards this one from All-Clad, but I'm not too sure. The channel around the edge is kind of big -- about 1" all the way around it. Lodge has one as well, but not sure about that one either. Anyone have experience with some double-burner griddles?

if it were me, id spend the same or less on a nice electric griddle or electric skillet so i could be sure it would be evenly heated.

Yeah, I've been looking at some of the Cuisinart Griddlers. A few of them have removable plates and can be used as a grill (well, GF type).

Get the Lodge or other cast iron grill. Cheap, lasts a lifetime and, smooth on one side with raised ridges on the other.
