how do you email work units?

and could somebody connect and see if they can take 100 - 400wu I'm curious if the setting I have chose work for a new user to get as many as they want.

I set empty q-fill to 2,600 to see what would happen
and
I set Max low priority que to 999

right now this Queue seems less like a queue and more like load ballancing.
