Looking at gizzo's fan db, I see this panaflo L1A model which is famed among this forum for it's quiet operation and reliability. Then I see this:

Panaflo FBA12G12L1A Sleeve-Hydro 30.0 68.9 * 2.29 1700
Panaflo FBA12G12U1A Sleeve-Hydro 45.5 114.7 * 2.52 2750

I'm going to undervolt the L1A anyway, but what I'm thinking is, why not buy the U1A and undervolt it? I will get better results this way, watch:

L1A undervolted - ~15dba, ~35cfm
U1A undervolted - ~25dba, ~50cfm

While the U1A is still 10dba higher, 25dba is still whisper quiet. Would it be a smart choice to do this? I'm going to be using an Antec 3700, btw.

If it were me, I'd still go with the L1A. I guess it depends on how quiet you want your computer to be; 25 dB is quiet, though not whisper-so, but with 15dB you'd have to have it right next to your ear to hear it.
How many of them are you using and for what?

1 intake, 1 rear (which worries me because I know I should have higher CFM exiting the case). I'm using it to cool an oc'ed 1.33ghz athlon. Maybe I'll just go with the L1A. The louder one was also convienient because it was on newegg.com, now I gotta search for an L1A vendor :)

They're quite popular, as you're aware :)
SVC
The Heatsink Factory
Directron
etc, etc :)
1.33 Athlons are pretty hot already.. depending on your cpu heatsink and fan setup, you may find you need more case cooling..... maybe consider ordering four just in case two is insufficient? You could always drop them in the fs/t forums or some such thing if they aren't necessary.
Edit:
Also, what power supply are you using? Models with dual fans (one in the rear and one over the processor) will help cool your cpu by a few degrees, and add to the total air leaving your case.

Over at SilentPCReview forums there is a thread about how a Panaflo M1A would offer better flow/noise then the L1A for some reasons that I forgot. You might want to check over there. They are very knowledgeable about silencing.
