Yes it does,I had a P3 1.0G/133 on that same board and it was sweet.You will not encounter any problems. But it does not have the 166/fsb like they claim, it ends at 155. I contacted them personally to see if there was a flash to enable that option.

GeForce should be no problem, they not only can take it, they love it.
But you have a nice board,and my P3B-F supported the same chip, but FSB option ends at 150.Soyo does offer the onboard HPT-370(ATA100)which is nice.

Long ago (about 6 months ago) when I was using that board with my Leadtek GeForce 2, I had to disable sidebanding in order to run at 133+MHz bus speeds. Thats about all I had to do though. The Soyo 6BA+100 is a very stable board.
