It supports my 2.4C northwood just fine, so I assume it will support all northwoods. The site only says Prescott, but since mine works, I assume yours will, too. It also says it will support the 3.4E, so I know it will support that frequency.

And its a good overclocker, too, but it doesn't have a SATA lock (at least that I could find). So, OCing through the BIOS for me has been limited to 240FSB, when I hit 241 it drops my SATA hard drive, but if you have an IDE HD it works ok (at least it booted knoppix off my IDE DVD burner), although it only has one IDE port. Albatron has a nice app called Dr. Speed that overclocks within Windows, so I haven't been too limited, I just have to OC it every time. Just note that you have to download it off the site, it doesn't ship on the CD.
Actually, I like the board a lot. The only things it's missing that I wish were there are gigabit ethernet and a second IDE port, but it hasn't limited me too much.
