A question about java security...

I have seen conflicting things concerning if you should use Sun's Java or the windows "java". Which is more secure? I'm a bit torn over the "less programs to exploit" (windows) or "more programs that are less exploitable." (java)

I would *guess* the Sun Java, because I thought Microsoft wasn't developing/distributing their version anymore.

I'm not sure........................

I think the reason MS stopped distributing there own JVM, was because Sun threatened to sue them if they didn't take it out of Windows.
