A question about Data Link Protocol

Basically, I would like to understand how "Selective Repeat" works, anybody recommend some decent websites with drawings? I have a test tommorow in this class and I know this will be on the test, but the teacher did not go over this very well.

Google is your friend. Watch the power point, it explains it pretty well (Telecomm/Networking graduate, makes sense to me)
