So me and my buddy started exercising. We've got dates, exercises done, amount of weight, number of sets, and number of reps.
Is there a way to get the exercise, weight, sets, and reps all on one chart? If not, what would be an ideal way to get as much of that information onto as few charts as possible? I've been trying to brainstorm a way, but my Excel kung-fu is weak, and I'm not coming up with much.
