A Question About Blue Cheese

Blue cheese melted over a nice medium rare filet mignon, its good.

I'm more of a mushroom and onion on the side kind of guy, but it sounds good to me!

The thought of it doesn't appeal to me. I tried a Blue Cheese salad dressing once and thought it was ok, but that was at the behest of pussy. Not interested otherwise.

Me also, getting ready to do that myself atm.

Melting it on a steak seems a bit sacreligious to me, even if I like Bleu

Mostly for salad, and hamburgers etc myself in various forms.

Sauteed Onions and Mushrooms on the side I love, have some Vidalias and Portabellas ready to go soon.

It's also the only dressing that should come with hot wings.

Any place serving wings with ranch should be burned to the ground.
