A Question About Blue Cheese

The thought of it doesn't appeal to me. I tried a Blue Cheese salad dressing once and thought it was ok, but that was at the behest of pussy. Not interested otherwise.
 
I'm more of a mushroom and onion on the side kind of guy, but it sounds good to me!
Me also, getting ready to do that myself atm.

Melting it on a steak seems a bit sacreligious to me, even if I like Bleu 🙂

Mostly for salad, and hamburgers etc myself in various forms.

Sauteed Onions and Mushrooms on the side I love, have some Vidalias and Portabellas ready to go soon.
