Guys,

I'm beginning to gather parts to build a new system. I recently bought an Enlight 7237 case, and did some minor mods, mostly to improve airflow where the fans mount. I'm planning on removing the p.s., in favor of either an Enermax 350w or 430w. FYI mainboard will be an EPoX 4BDA2+, while cpu will be P4-1.8A.

I pulled the 300w Enlight p.s. from the case tonight, and out of curiousity pulled the cover. I noticed that of the three rows of vent holes that face down into the case two of the rows were blocked by a clear plastic rigid film. This film block will only allow air to move up through the row of vents closest to the back of the p.s. Why would this block be there? Anyone have an idea? Why wouldn't one want to remove this film?

Hmmm. I have that case with the 340 watt PS. Wonder if mine is like that too.
