Both bands have my man Maynard... Which one do you like better. Btw if you hate them both just vote for which of the 2 you like better.

1st Poll = The Cure edging (now more than just edging) over The Smiths

2nd Poll= Led Zeppelin with a victory over Pink Floyd.

3rd Poll= Audioslave owned Velvet Revolver.

4th Poll= Far from over but KoRn is killing Limp Bizkit...

5th Poll= AiC and Nirvana close with Pearl Jam behind both of them.
 
I dislike both these bands, but there are a couple of APC songs that I do like. i feel like APC is more mainstream than tool.
 
I'm going out on a limb (and will receive much heckling), but I am going with APC. (They have a bunch of votes, but no one's stepped up to the plate and admitted they voted for them).

I love both bands, and my taste on which is better normally depends on my mood. I never really "got" Tool until I was turned on to APC. I only purchased the Tool CD's after APC came out.

APC has a much more mainstream flow, but Tool is much more complex.
